Are you able to trade dairy products globally, spanning over 100 countries? Join the team as Trader and start your new job in a dynamic, diverse organization in an international setting. We are looking for someone who is already living in the region Limburg.
As a Trader, you aim for lasting connections. We believe in achieving this through personal, proactive approaches, top-notch products and services, and keeping our word. After thorough training, you'll dive into action alongside our seasoned Commercial Managers.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Build relationships with customers and suppliers in assigned markets.
Buy and sell dairy products in designated markets.
Foster new and existing external ties through methods like cold calling, site visits, and international events.
Draft sales and purchase contracts with a good grasp of delivery and payment terms.
Optimize sales and purchase terms in assigned markets in line with management guidelines.
Understand and register customer and supplier requirements, sharing information as needed.
Ensure professional, efficient contract execution and smooth internal collaboration.
Stay updated on market and product developments.
Manage risk in sales and purchases (reliability, claims, currency, credit limits, payment terms).
Implement position policy decisions.
Provide insights on escalated issues.

Holds a BSc or MSc degree.
Has 0-3 years' experience in international (dairy) commodity trade.
Possesses commercial acumen and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates competencies in teamwork, communication, management, leadership, initiative, customer focus, relationship building, analysis, and financial awareness.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages like German or French is a plus.
